Payment Options
When it comes to costs of any sort, none of us like surprises. At Stellar Smiles, we will always inform you of an estimate of treatment fees. If possible we will provide several treatment options to suit financial, personal and cosmetic preferences. We will prioritise your treatment based on your needs and budget, We will work at your pace and level of affordability.
You will know exactly what will be involved with your treatment and the costs involved. We will provide the necessary item numbers for the services so that you can check your entitlement with your dental insurer.
Payments for any service is due and payable at the time the services are provided unless other arrangements are made in advance.
To make payments as convenient as possible for our patients, we offer several payment methods. We have facilities that allow you to settle your account with most credit and debit cards including EFTPOS and of course cash or cheque. For those patients with dental insurance cover, we have installed the HiCaps system, which allows us to claim directly for you from your health fund and you only pay the difference at the time of treatment.
